Dr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Fine Arts from the University of Portland in Oregon. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and completed an Internal Medicine Internship at the Arizona GME Consortium, Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Carroll completed her Family Medicine Residency PGY 2 at the Arizona GME Consortium, Tucson General Hospital and her Family Medicine Residency PGY3 at Eastmoreland General Hospital in Portland Oregon.
Dr. Anthony Lirio Reyes received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines in Manila, and then attended the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery in the Philippines where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree.
