Substance Use Disorder Professional

The Substance Use Disorder Professional , as part of the substance use disorder treatment team, is responsible for developing respectful, professional relationships with clients that assist them in being successful in their journey to recovery.  The Substance Use Disorder Professional provides assessment, individual treatment planning and counseling, group counseling and education, case management and supportive services.  Requires an bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent in chemical dependency studies, unrestricted Substance Use Disorder Professional  license, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work with a low-income, diverse population dealing with addiction.
