Kaelie Murray attended Mesa Community College and Northern Arizona University, earning an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a Master Degree in Nursing.  She has gained experience by working in several areas of acute care including a Level 2 nursery, pediatrics, postpartum care, bariatrics, medical-surgical, progressive care , outpatient IV therapy and critical care. In addition, Kaelie completed her nurse practitioner clinical rotation in an underserved, rural, Central Arizona community.

Dr. Conway received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey, a Masters of Computer Science, and a degree in Biology from the University of Denver in Colorado. She attended Oklahoma State University for her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Conway has research experience from working at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, she was a Family Medicine Resident at the University of Oklahoma, and has been a Primary Care Provider at the Family Health Center since 2002.

Dr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Fine Arts from the University of Portland in Oregon.  She then attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and completed an Internal Medicine Internship at the Arizona GME Consortium, Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Carroll completed her Family Medicine Residency PGY 2 at the Arizona GME Consortium, Tucson General Hospital and her Family Medicine Residency PGY3 at Eastmoreland General Hospital in Portland Oregon.
