Sean Murray has been a Nurse for 29 years, and a Nurse Practitioner for 12 years. His Nurse Practitioner training program was specifically designed for rural practice, befitting his wide experience in rural locations nationwide. Sean has received multiple awards and decorations for his work as a Nurse Practitioner.  Sean was the winner of the March of Dimes “Nurse of the Year” award in rural health category in 2013. Sean was also a finalist in the March of Dimes “Nurse of the Year” awards in 2014, in the behavioral health category.

Kaelie Murray, ARNP

Kaelie Murray attended Mesa Community College and Northern Arizona University, earning an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a Master Degree in Nursing.  She has gained experience by working in several areas of acute care including a Level 2 nursery, pediatrics, postpartum care, bariatrics, medical-surgical, progressive care , outpatient IV therapy and critical care. In addition, Kaelie completed her nurse practitioner clinical rotation in an underserved, rural, Central Arizona community.

Dr. Conway received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey, a Masters of Computer Science, and a degree in Biology from the University of Denver in Colorado. She attended Oklahoma State University for her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Conway has research experience from working at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, she was a Family Medicine Resident at the University of Oklahoma, and has been a Primary Care Provider at the Family Health Center since 2002.
