Maintenance Assistant- 12th Ave

The Maintenance Assistant, as part of the Facilities team, is responsible for assisting in the maintenance, cleaning and repair of facilities, buildings, and equipment for all Cowlitz Family Health Center sites.  The Maintenance Assistant assists the Facilities Manager with identifying agency safety issues,  facilitates agency building and vehicle repairs as necessary in compliance with federal grant, ADA, OSHA and local building codes. Requires high school or GED, valid driver’s license, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work with a low-income, diverse population.
