The Clinic/Site Manager, as part of the health care team, manages and supervises support staff at the clinic/site. The Clinic/Site Manager is responsible for the success of all programs and services provided at the site and for the site meeting all productivity, financial, customer service and quality standards. The Clinic/Site Manager is the liaison with clinical providers and the site and establishes a collaborative working relationship with them. The Clinic/Site Manager works in a fast-paced environment and displays a friendly manner, a commitment to service, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Requires post-high-school training or degree in health, social services, behavioral health, management or related field; previous supervisory and project management experience; valid driver’s license, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work with a low-income, diverse population.
