Cowlitz Family Health Center (FHC) is a private, nonprofit community health service organization.
For over 30 years, we have served the healthcare needs of the uninsured and underserved families in Cowlitz and Wahkiakum Counties in southwest Washington – first as the provider of family planning and WIC services, and now as the provider of comprehensive primary care services.
Since 2000, we also serve the comprehensive primary care needs of families in Pacific County. We provide the quality care your family deserves.
